Health Safe and Environmental Policy

    GLS is dedicated to an operating philosophy based on fairness and concern for employees customers and

communities in which it operates.

    The Company integrates Corporate Social Responsibility efforts into its daily practice believing that these actions have a beating on long-term sustainability and make the company competitively stronger. Sustainability Initiatives relate to the environment, workplace nad oprerating practices at sea, at port and on land.

    In the Workplace - GLS Marine create a culture where safety prevails across all activities and operating practices. The health and safety of GLS`s employees underlies every aspect of its operations. Workplace safety, health and engagement metrics have been internally developed and  "best practices" are carefully pursued.

    Training and Development - Corporate investment in the development and training of its staf is key to maximizing productivity, safety, and motivating and retaining team. All staff takes and pass regular training programs that are suitable for their positions.
